What do you believe about yourself? Do you really believe that you can gain five pounds by just looking at food? You might believe that it is difficult for you to make new friends because you send up saying the wrong things. Or maybe you think, I am not a decision maker, and when I do move toward, it’s in the wrong direction. It’s time to change what you believe, so you can live the life God has for you.
